• Pay will be $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Will work 25 - 40 hours a week

Responsibilities of Alarm Technician

• Install and maintain security systems in a variety of facilities including alarm systems, cctv systems, and other systems as requested by clients
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to design and implement customized security solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions.
• Train end-users on proper system operation and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of system installations, repairs, and upgrades.
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
• Will be traveling out of town some of the time by company truck and staying in hotel M-F paid by company
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements of Alarm Technician

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• 2 years of experience in alarm and cctv installation and maintenance.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in wiring, cabling, and networking.
• Familiarity with a variety of security technologies, such as access control systems, sensors, and cameras.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to travel out of town
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• TWIC card is required.

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Travel requirement:

• Up to 50% travel

Experience:

• Security Camera Installation Technician: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• TWIC Card (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
