Being a Camera Operator, Television and Motion Picture may require an associate's degree or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Details JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Produce a live 1-hour Christian talk show program that airs Monday - Friday at 8 p.m. This program also features live music.
Deliver compelling programs tailored to diverse audiences, showcasing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work autonomously while fostering a collaborative environment, maintaining high standards under pressure.
Lead production activities including rehearsals and recordings, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
Stay abreast of design and technology trends, consistently contributing innovative ideas to enhance production quality.
Collaborate with the Production Manager to oversee internal productions.
Manage relationships with talent agencies.
Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills in dynamic production environments.
Interact with viewers and users on social media platforms, contributing to website content creation.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Flexibility to work varied shifts.
Knowledge of broadcast production equipment and techniques is advantageous.
