This position is responsible for retrieving body worn camera footage requested by agencies or members of the public, and redacting footage in accordance with the Massachusetts Public Records Law. The Body Worn Camera Analyst will testify in court regarding data security, chain of custody, integrity of evidentiary data, and collection and retention protocols related to departmental videos. Work is performed under the direction and supervision of the supervisor for the Body Worn Camera Unit. No supervision is exercised over other employees.
