Position: Cage Supervisor

Wage: 55,000/yr.

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the supervision of all Cage and Vault Cashiers and the Vault during a specific shift. Responsible for balancing Cage Cashiers’ transactions and the Vault accountability while following departmental and company procedures.

DUTIES:

• Verify procedures and sign-off on forms requiringa Cage Supervisor'ssignature.

• Prepare weeklyschedules for assigned shift when needarises.

• Ensure all internal control policies, procedures, and State Gaming Compact provisions are being followed at all times in the Cage.

• Ensure all support duties and responsibilities to all departments are carried out in an efficient and timely manner.

• Ensure immediate action is taken on any situation that might be illegal orotherwise extraordinary.

• Must have the ability to effectively communicate both verbally andin writing with Team Members and Guests.

• Other duties, as assigned

• Must be able tokeep up with a fast-paced atmosphere and work under pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education: High School diploma or equivalent, required.

2. Work Experience: 3 years’ previous supervisory experience in a similar or related field.

3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

a. Possess superior math skills.

b. Large-sum money handling experience.

c. Operate a 10-key calculator, by sight.

d. Ability to exercise sound, mature judgment.

e. Excellent communication skills, be able to effectively explain complicated information, and be able to de-escalate tense situations while maintaining a calm and professional composure.

f. Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.

g. Be at least 18 years of age.

h. Participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.
