Cafeteria Manager manages an on site company cafeteria. Oversees operations including ordering, inventory, meal planning, food preparation, and service. Being a Cafeteria Manager ensures operations are in compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations. Manages and trains cafeteria staff. Additionally, Cafeteria Manager may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Cafeteria Manager supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Mission Manager seeks an experienced independent Field Sales Representative to drive sales of its Mission Manager cloud-based software platform.
The position will be based in and serve as Mission Manager’s business development and sales resource throughout the Southeastern United States (FL, GA, AL, MS)(respectively, the “Territory”).
Credentials and Experience
- Minimum five years of direct selling and business development experience in software, first responder, or government funded related industries, showing a demonstrable track record of business-building results in new product introductions and market vertical/segment development
- First responder or emergency management experience, including service as a volunteer or reserve officer with mission leadership experience in law enforcement, fire-fighting, search and rescue, disaster management or EOC operations is extremely helpful.

Compensation
Mission Manager offers a performance based compensation package which includes competitive commission, expense reimbursement, and equity participation plans.
