    The Opportunity

    Day in the life as the Marketing Campaign Manager

    • Strategic Campaign Development:
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience, reinforcing thought leadership and driving revenue.
      • Develop, write and implement email marketing and nurture campaigns that create demand, drive engagement, retention and revenue.
    • Audience Segmentation and Personalization:
      • Utilize predictive analytics to create responsive audience segments based on buyer intent.
      • Ensure dynamic content creation tailored to specific audience personas.
    • Campaign Optimization and Analysis:
      • Conduct Conversion Rate Optimization to improve campaign elements, including open rates, click-through rates, engagement rates and conversion rates.
      • Regularly audit lead scoring criteria based on data analysis.
      • Provide ongoing content performance analysis based on pipeline influence and generation.
      • Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement to both the Marketing and Rev Ops teams.
    • Website Maintenance:
      • Support and update website pages, including new blogs, resource content, and all landing pages
      • Ensure SEO best practices throughout site, include image alt tag and meta description updates.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
      • Align industry- and persona-based messaging to enhance campaign effectiveness.
    • Communication Calendar Ownership:
      • Take ownership of the communications calendar, coordinating efforts across the organization.
    • Stay Current with Best Practices:
      • Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and industry trends.
      • Implement emerging trends to enhance campaign performance.

    Qualifications

    Experience you bring:

    • Professional Experience:
      • 4 years of marketing experience, with a focus on campaign management and email marketing.
      • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with ABM technology (e.g., 6Sense or similar).
    • Industry Knowledge:
      • Experience in B2B SaaS products and/or human resources is preferred.
    • Marketing Expertise:
      • Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation and personalization across platforms like email, web, social, paid, community, etc.
      • Excellent writing experience, with ability to create concise value-based messaging that drives action tailored to specific audiences.
    • Project Management:
      • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
      • Proactive management of workloads, ambiguity and multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Collaboration Skills:
      • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
      • Clear communication and openness to feedback.
    • Analytical Skills:
      • Ability to make data-driven decisions, citing evidence from marketing trends, KPIs and stakeholder feedback.
      • Understanding of conversion rate optimization best practices.
    • Technology Proficiency:
      • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot and Salesforce.
      • Experience with 6Sense, Outreach, WordPress, Asana or similar tools.
    • Educational Background:
      • Bachelor's degree in business, journalism, PR or a related communications field or relevant work experience.
