Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager, Campaign Management is responsible for leading a team of Campaign and Event Managers who create multi-channel campaigns targeting European audiences interested in Bio-Techne products and associated technical applications.
This position requires advanced knowledge and use of marketing tactics that span the customer buying journey including creating awareness, establishing interest, driving customers toward a purchase, and ultimately developing brand loyalty. This position works closely with Regional Executives, Divisional Leaders, Product Managers, Product Marketing Directors, Sales, Sales Enablement, Content Specialists, Designers and Developers to optimize campaign efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development of annual campaign and event plans for the EMEA region, providing direction and guidance to Campaign Managers on how to achieve their assigned business unit marketing objectives via promotional integrated campaign management.
Act as regional campaign lead in customer journey work, investing time with sales and product leaders to map critical customer journeys and moments that matter to inform campaign priorities.
Leverage target persona insights to identify opportunities for further segmentation to increase campaign personalization efforts.
Partner with campaign marketing leadership to build brand strength inside and outside of the organization, supporting the development and deployment of content strategy with assigned business areas.
Monitor industry and competitor movement, augmenting team knowledge and approach to emerging trends.
Manage marketing and events budget for assigned team, working with the Campaign Management Director to ensure spend is optimized to achieve business results.
Assess, mentor, and guide direct reports to augment their company knowledge and marketing strength; this will include hiring, onboarding, goal setting and leveraging or creating Global Marketing resources as needed.
Build performance dashboards, in partnership with the analytics manager, for internal stakeholder reporting and alignment.

Education and Experience:
Life sciences degree and marketing certification (or coursework) desired
8 – 10 years of marketing experience in the life sciences industry
2 -5 years of international life sciences marketing experience
Experience working with various platforms; SFDC, Marketo, Pardot, Domo
Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to lead with a customer-first mindset and enterprise-wide application approach.
Adaptable to change and able to pivot to accommodate changes in the market and business landscape.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
