Position Details:Lead team responsible for channel planning, prioritization and optimization of the Grainger targeted digital channels. This role is responsible for building and optimizing the go to market plan for targeted digital channels including email, and affiliate marketing. Support the build and optimize holistic digital customer experience across channels, with ability to drive customers from consideration to purchase, enabling retargeting and audience activation. Responsible for executing the Marketing strategy and activation for digital assets on (GCOM)- with the goal of driving customer objectives and maximizing channel performance metrics. Recruit and retain talent and support team engagement.

Responsible for strategic channel planning, operations, execution, and analysis of the email channel*
Drive optimization of channel performance while proving ability to drive mid funnel objectives.*
Develop customer segmentation strategies and maintain audience segments, ensuring the delivery of the core customer objectives through appropriate frequency and channel touch strategies*
Create engaging programs for customer onboarding, lifecycle management, and lapsed initiatives
Oversight of marketing assets on (GCOM)*
Lead GCOM Marketing asset strategy - planning, prioritization, governance, and measurement*
Lead marketing asset personalization efforts and testing on GCOM - including audience and asset rotation*
Ownership and review of all content, criteria and objectives associated with requests for GCOM marketing - collaborate with Marketing customer strategy for prioritization.*
Oversight of GCOM Marketing migration efforts / prioritization of work (selection of content pages)
Lead a team of 2-5
7 years' experience in B2B/B2C marketing-
5 years' experience in email marketing programs
Experience actively managing a team of direct reports preferred (1-3 direct reports)
Proven analytical skills
Strong knowledge with a variety of analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, etc.)
Proven ability to navigate large organization to influence, build relationships, develop team with cross-functional teams & brands
