CRM Marketing Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Customer Advocate:
- First on point for incoming calls, customer service with a friendly demeanor.
- Greet visitors and engage customers for over-the-counter yard sales and invoice payments.
- Utilize the capabilities of the CRM software and the data inside it to enhance customer care.
- Reputation management – monitor and respond to all reviews as well as request reviews, testimonials or case studies, communicate feedback results to sales, operations and management.
- Marketing Support:
- Build and maintain a central library for all promotional collateral and service images.
- Create new marketing assets to support all service areas. Content development with a strong focus on user experience. Create graphic designs for marketing initiatives and/or coordinate third-party agency. Annual review & update of marketing assets to ensure items are accurate and current.
- Create a promotions calendar to support sales goals, meeting deadlines. Manage social media, develop and share high-quality content that supports sales goals.
- Assist the manager with the website, advertising, events and marketing campaigns.
- Support and attendance at after-hours / weekend events on occasion.
- Manage to the marketing budget.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within the CRM and accounting systems.
- Standardize CRM data entry procedures and identify data quality issues.
- Data cleansing and deduplication efforts.
- System Administration:
- Learn and become proficient in our CRM system (Arborgold).
- Assist Operations with user onboarding and training on the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for CRM system improvements and suggest enhancements.
- Create and maintain documentation for CRM processes and procedures.
- Other Duties:
- Stay up-to-date on CRM best practices and industry trends.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies and tools as needed.
- Collaborate and assist other departments as needed (operations, accounting, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, marketing and/or sales support in a business office environment.
- Superior internal/external customer service and strong collaboration skills.
- Exceptional communication, active listening, adaptability, resilience, and relationship-building skills.
- Creative and analytical.
- Strong copy writing and editing skills.
- Expert planner, organizer and ability to multi-task.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-directed, ability to work independently and as part of a team that is flexible and works together to meet deadlines and achieve results.
- Flexible and able prioritize varied tasks in a fast-paced environment that changes day to day.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Arborgold or other CRM experience
- WordPress
- Google Business Profile
- Meta Ads Manager
- QuickBooks
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
Work Schedule:
- Full time, onsite
- M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
- Saturday retail hours 8am-2pm mid-April to end of May.
