CRM Program Director manages the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) enterprise initiative. Reviews CRM project proposals to determine costs, timeline, funding, staffing requirements and goals. Being a CRM Program Director requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to top management. The CRM Program Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years relevant experience
• Some exposure to low-income population is a plus
MORE DETAILS
• This position will report to the Statewide Director of Programs.
• This is a full-time 40-hour per week position with a salary range of $65,000-$75,000 and benefits that include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
• Position will be open until filled.
