CRM Program Director jobs in Chattanooga, TN

St. Nicholas School is hiring an Assistant Director of the Extended School Program for students PK3 through 5th. This year-round position is 25 hours per week in the school year and 40 during summer camp.

Our goal is to provide a safe nurturing space where kids can relax after school, do active programming, or free play, but can also take part in enrichments in areas of interest or get help with homework.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the program's daily activities.
• Ability to recruit and hire ESP and Summer Camp staff.
• Maintain Department of Education regulations
• Manage and recruit a staff made primarily of college students.
• Keep program billing current.
• Manage front desk of Summer Camp
• Plan and implement the theme of camp into lesson-plans
• Parent communication including daily attendance and emails.
• Maintain a safe and clean program area.
• Ability to work independently from the director.

Experience:

• Worked in school age care, pK3-5th preferred. Programming examples needed.
• Understanding the needs of children by age.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks while keeping focus.
• Leading team members in a shared goal.
• Ability to finish projects on time with quality outcomes.
• Show situational flexibility along with problem solving skills

Requirements:

• Must be 21.
• Education or related major preferred.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
