CRM Integration Specialist is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration. Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Integration Specialist supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a CRM Integration Specialist typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. We serve the populations of Caledonia, Essex, and Orleans counties through a wide variety of targeted programs for individuals of all ages. NKHS has over 450 employees providing case management, community and home supports, residential care, psychiatry, medication management, therapy, vocational supports, school based counseling, emergency care, and respite services. Your input will contribute to creating a roadmap for individual success and well-being. Support in Community Settings: Embark on a fulfilling journey as you support assigned individuals in diverse community settings. Your role is pivotal in fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. Assess Individual Progress: Provide insightful written assessments of individual progress as outlined in the IPC. Provide Coaching and Supervision: Offer personalized coaching and supervision to individuals in community settings, promoting skill development and personal growth. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with individuals who are struggling with severe mental illness challenges.
