CRM Integration Specialist is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration. Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Integration Specialist supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a CRM Integration Specialist typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The successful candidate will be crucial in enhancing our online presence and optimizing our operational efficiency through automation.

    • Manage the content and design of our public website and intranet, ensuring they are up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
    • Oversee social media outreach efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with our target audience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and develop tools, mechanisms, and workflows to streamline business processes.
    • Conduct regular website and social media analytics reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to digital content management and automation.

    Requirements

    Qualifications and Skills:
