General Purpose:
We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter with hands-on experience planning and executing email marketing and automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The CRM Specialist will drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and achieve business objectives in owned channels, including email and SMS.
This position will support print collateral and digital content across all TRG brands, divisions, and sales channels. This position will report to the Digital Marketing Manager of North America and will partner cross-functionally with e-commerce, marketing, and sales teams in North America and Europe.
