Position Overview: We are building an experienced organizational development team to provide Business Change Management (BCM) support to Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) in Norfolk, Virginia. As a consultant, you will work closely with the HQ SACT team to develop, deliver, and embed BCM capabilities within the organization. This includes providing consultancy advice on organizational design, business culture change, talent acquisition, and personnel learning and development.
