CRM Integration Specialist is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration. Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Integration Specialist supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a CRM Integration Specialist typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:
This is a part-time position that works on average less than 30 hours a week. Hours of work are based on program needs. This position supports community integration goals for program participants, as well as providing general aid to program services as needed/requested. Most hours fall between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm with downtime throughout the day. The schedule may vary based on agency needs at the discretion of the Community Integration Supervisor and/or Program Services Manager.
Summary:
The primary purpose of a Community Integration Specialist is to support participants with community integration activities and assist program staff. This position also provides support to program services in general as requested by the Community Integration Supervisor, Program Services Manager and/or Director of Programs.

Must be willing and able to travel up to 5% for meetings, training, and conferences; company vehicle may or may not be supplied and use of personal vehicle may occasionally be required.
Work Environment:
This employee will spend several hours at a time in a vehicle. Temperature conditions in a vehicle may vary widely with the weather conditions. They will also spend time out of doors in a variety of climatic conditions as needed to load and unload passengers or pre-trip and fuel the vehicle.
Physical Demands of the Job:
Primarily sedentary work; while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, etc. May be required to reach, stoop, or kneel to perform miscellaneous duties. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs may be expected, with frequent lifting up to 25 lbs. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, and various visual inspection requirements. This position requires the ability to move up and down the steps located on the bus multiple times throughout the day. Further requires pushing/maneuvering occupied wheelchair(s) in and out of buses with the use of electric and manual chair lifts.
