CRM Integration Specialist is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration. Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty.     The Crown Is Yours

    As a CRM Specialist, you will manage the strategy and daily operations of the Refer-A-Friend program for DraftKings across all product verticals. You will play a key role in ensuring all marketing communications adhere to best practices and deliver an exceptional customer experience, along with ensuring all required partners are aligned on promotional offers at any given point in time.     What you’ll do

    • Oversee the Refer-A-Friend offers, reinvestment and marketing strategy, and calendar planning to efficiently drive customer acquisition.

    • Execute marketing campaigns across a variety of channels (email, app push notifications, SMS, in-app messaging, and more) adhering to marketing standards and brand guidelines.

    • Support go-to-market strategy for new vertical state launches and key sports moments throughout the year.

    • Identify and act on critical moments within a customer’s lifecycle as they engage with the Refer-A-Friend program to accelerate engagement and drive customer acquisition.

    • Work cross-functionally with a broad set of Analytics, Product, and Engineering partners to incorporate user preferences, A/B tests, and product enhancements into channel plans.

    • Measure, report, and analyze campaign performance and test results, sharing learnings cross-functionally.

    • Work closely with the Marketing Creative team to deliver innovative, best-in-class creative concepts and designs.

    What you’ll bring

    • At least three years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the eCommerce, technology, or gaming industries.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.

    • Well organized and great attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

    • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results and define the next steps.

    • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau and HTML is a plus.

    • A passion for sports with polished copywriting and oral communication skills.

    • Willing to work non-standard hours based on the sports calendar.

    We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston.     The US base salary range for this full-time position is $88,000.00 - $132,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
