CRM Integration Specialist is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration. Ensures all functions of CRM system effectively work with all other applications and operating systems. Being a CRM Integration Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The CRM Integration Specialist supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a CRM Integration Specialist typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Job Summary – Health Systems Integration Specialist will provide coordination, development and technical support for the data integration between Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi (BCBSMS) and Network healthcare providers throughout the state of Mississippi. This position will require leading and engaging through software design, development, implementation and post-implementation of eConnectivity solutions which optimize Administrative and Clinical workflows for Network providers. This position will also support industry research for interoperability standards and tools, EHR APIs and other vendors to develop vision documents and research documents. Job-Specific Requirements: · A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or Management, or related field, is required. · Strong documentation skills are required. · Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, including formal testing methodologies, required. · 5 years of experience with provider practice management systems, EMR/EHR systems, and/or related health record management systems is required. · Knowledge of healthcare provider workflow/processes along with 4 years of Electronic Health Application build experience is required. · 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry is required. · Familiarity with data integration standards and 2 years of healthcare applications integration experience is preferred. · Project management experience is strongly preferred. · Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Project, Access, Work, Excel and Visio is highly preferred.
