Technology Integration Specialist
Position Purpose
Helps manage and support key online learning environments, supplements and systems.
Essential Job Functions
- Troubleshooting of LMS integrations and teacher uses.
- Move/Add/Change Processing
- Supports and troubleshoots Classroom systems
- Backup HelpDesk and Remote Learning phones
- Work within the Technology Services team to ensure needs are met.
- Documents departmental processes and procedures.
- Writes training materials as needed.
- Works with vendors on online educational support materials.
Equipment
Use standard office equipment such as personal computers, printer, copier and fax machines, calculator, and telephone.
Travel Requirements
Travel to school district buildings and professional meetings as required.
Pay Rates
$19.43 per hour.
Work Schedule
8 hours per day.
260 days per year.
