Tecovas is looking for a Marketing Specialist, Paid Advertising & CRM to join our HQ team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in both acquisition and retention efforts, managing our paid digital and CRM campaigns. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's growth and success.

This position is a hybrid role with the candidate strongly encouraged to work from our HQ office in Austin, TX with the ability to work remotely on other days. 

What you’ll do:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research and A/B testing to optimize performance and drive conversions.
• Write creative briefs and collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging assets and landing pages across paid digital and CRM campaigns.
• Manage our email and SMS campaigns, including customer segmentation and email and SMS automation workflows.
• Develop targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive customer engagement, and enhance retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in paid digital advertising and CRM to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Experience we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and email/SMS.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and email/SMS marketing tools (Klaviyo preferred). 
• Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms like Google and Meta Ads.
