POSITION SUMMARY:
The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for leading and coordinating the development and implementation of control room management (CRM) plans, ensuring effective operations and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. Safety is the primary concern for any natural gas company that operates a control room. A CRM Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all systems and procedures are followed safely and efficiently. They work to implement best practices for safe operations and help maintain a culture of safety within the control room. The CRM Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all staff in the control room are well trained in the proper operation of systems, procedures, and protocols. They work to identify areas where training can help improve the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of control room operations.
