The individual in this role will assist in agency growth and profitability through new client acquisition.     Our ideal candidate will be personable and know how to effectively communicate through writing, phone, virtual video, and in person. They will be knowledgeable of progressive and strategic sales techniques, organized, time efficient, creative, analytical, tech-savvy, outgoing, persistent, motivated, adaptable, and possess great people skills overall. This opportunity will be compensated for with a paid salary and commission, a flexible hybrid schedule, access to industry events, training opportunities, and the potential to grow within the company.

    Business Development Representative Profile:

    Responsibilities in the Role

    • Identify key contacts and decision-makers within target companies and build relationships as necessary through warm/cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other means.
    • Conduct market research to identify prospects aligned with agency goal strategies across all industries.
    • Consistently drive prospects into leads through high-volume outbound sales activity.
    • Conduct detailed research to understand the prospect's deficiencies that align with agency solutions.
    • Craft personalized, compelling content to increase engagement.
    • Develop cadence campaigns to ensure consistent and effective outreach with follow-up.
    • Daily calls along with email and LinkedIn messages.
    • Proficient in Microsoft
    • Work closely with the team to strategize more effective sales methods

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Self-motivation, competitive mentality, encouraged by challenges, and determined by nature
    • Experience in B2B sales, executive corporate level is a plus
    • Experience closing business originating from cold sales
    • Organized and proficient in time management
    • An aptitude for research and analysis to understand market needs
    • Strong presentation skills are a plus
    • Familiarity using ZoomInfo and Salesforce
    • Proficient in writing, documenting, and tracking
    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent track record of success in sales

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
