Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team. As a Car Wash Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and detailed. Duties: - Perform car wash and detailing services, including exterior washing, vacuuming, window cleaning, and tire shining - Drive vehicles through the car wash tunnel and ensure they are properly positioned - Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to remove dirt, grime, and stains from vehicle surfaces - Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues before and after the car wash process - Assist customers with payment transactions and provide friendly and professional customer service - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash bins - Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications: - Previous experience in custodial or car wash/detailing roles is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles - Basic knowledge of buffing, waxing, and window tinting techniques is a plus - Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
