Summary/Objectives:
Responsible for acquiring, servicing and growing relationships with small businesses that typically have annual gross sales up to $1Million. Work proactively with new businesses, structuring and closing of commercial loans, as well as related depository relationships, maintaining and serving a commercial loan portfolio. Accountable for the identification of risk inherent in loan transactions, loan portfolio and communication of that knowledge. Examine, evaluate and authorize, or recommend approval of, customer applications for lines of credit, commercial loans and commercial real estate loans. Ensure compliance with all consumer regulations related to the job function. Adhere to regulatory changes, compliance issues and bank policy and procedure.
