Business Systems Executive (Banking) jobs in California

Motivational Systems, Inc. (MSI), a full-service supplier of interior and exterior environmental graphics to include displays, signage, graphic design and interior design is currently looking to fill the position of Account Executive for its San Diego Division. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, organized, have strong communication and marketing skills with the ability to evaluate and provide solutions for our client’s needs. The ideal candidate should have the desire to become part of a team that meets its commitments to both our clients and employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Inside and outside sales of company’s products and services
• Business development
• Relationship management and customer service
• Project management
• Order entry and request
• Create proposals and contracts
• Write proposals and contracts
• Represent MSI in a professional manner
• Evaluate and provide solutions for clients’ needs
• Market research
• Other duties may be assigned

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• 3 years Project Management Experience
• 3 years Business-to-Business sales experience
• Business development experience
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding established sales expectations
• Strong leadership skills
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to communicate ideas and thoughts written and verbally
• Strong work ethic
• Demands quality
• Computer literate with emphasis in MS Office Applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• An understanding of the consultative sales approach
• Basic skills in sales, market research and business development
• Clean driving record a must

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or two years related experience in sales, project management or industry; or a combination of education and experience. Background or experience in design, marketing or home building desired.
