```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our organization's business processes and systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a deep understanding of business operations.

```Duties```
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement system enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure system functionality
- Provide training and support to end users on system functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business systems analysis

```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, XML, and other relevant technologies
- Knowledge of system architecture principles and best practices
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services
- Experience with Meraki networking equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO) for system administration
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
