Rogue Recruitment is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join a very stable retail company in the Tulsa, OK area. This is a direct hire, onsite career opportunity paying anywhere in the $80-100K/yr. range, depending on overall qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities: - Lead Retail Solution System projects and oversee system upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align feature sets with our product vision.
- Analyze and troubleshoot data quality issues, and implement process improvements.
- Support system administration and problem management for retail solution processes and automations.
- Conduct process analysis and identify areas for automation.
- Assist with reporting integrity, data validation, and report production.
- Lead end-user training and engagement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for automation.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MIS, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of four years' experience in accounting or ERP/retail systems administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in software applications including Excel, Cognos, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects.
- Experience in Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools is a plus.
