BAE Systems is seeking a Business Operations Analyst, for an exciting opportunity to support the Air Force's acquisition of the next generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM). This is a fast paced position working out of Hill Air Force Base, Utah.

• Must have 2 years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent (4 years with AA, 6 years with HS, 0 year with MS)
• Must be able to obtain active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with varying personalities across all functions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, coupled with effective time management and organization skills.
• Sound interpersonal skills for interfacing and coordinating with the company, personnel, customers, and suppliers.
