    We are looking for Business Analyst (Commercial Pharma) for our client in Princeton, NJ
    Job Title: Business Analyst (Commercial Pharma)
    Job Location: Princeton, NJ
    Job Type: Contract
    Job Description:
    Pay Range $63hr - $68hr
    • Elicit, analyze, document user requirements and business needs, translating to detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Utilize backlog management tools (Jira and Confluence) to help prioritize, track and manage the product backlog effectively.
    • Manage and set stakeholder expectations.
    • Actively engage in all phases of the Agile Scrum process, including sprint planning and stand-ups, ensuring continuous improvement and delivery.
    • Create visual representations of solution requirements through prototypes and wireframes, as needed.
    • Ensure customer expectations have been met through deliverables.
    • Support software QA testing activities, providing insights into test scenarios and acceptance criteria to ensure product meets quality standards and user expectations.
    Skills:
    • 8-10 years experience in IT.
    • Commercial/Medical Pharma and/or Life Sciences IT experience.
    • Experience in initiation, development, deployment and support phases of digital products.
