- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that align with our strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to deliver analytical insights that drive change and improve business performance.
- Act as an independent consultant, providing valuable recommendations to optimize processes and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain and optimize our Reporting Services, including BI, Power Automate/Alerts, and SSRS.
- Design, document, and maintain system processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor customer issues and identify quality concerns, proactively finding ways to boost performance and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data analytics role is preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
