EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management or related field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years' health related non-clerical experience with an insurance, managed care, healthcare or technology related organization will be considered.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum three (3) years' business systems analysis experience with a complex system technology. OR applicable Masters in related field with minimum one (1) years' experience.
In-depth knowledge of insurance technology systems such as claims processing, marketing, membership, enrollment, customer service, financial and provider systems. MicroSoft Visio, EDI, X12, HIPPA compliance experience preferred.
