Business Systems Analysis Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the analysis of new business system development and existing system improvement. The successful candidate is a critical thinker who can analyze data, conduct independent research, and develop solutions and a big-picture innovator who can identify opportunities and is comfortable with ambiguity.Annual Salary Range: $89,897 - $132,600QualificationsEducation:
- Requires a master’s degree in health administration, business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of a Bachelor’s education and work experience.
Experience:- Requires three (3) years of relevant experience demonstrating an understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Requires a proven ability to perform complex analysis with great attention to detail.
- Previous strategy and basic business/financial modeling experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record working with C-suite executives is preferred.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
Certification/Licensure:- Requires possession of and ability to retain a current, valid AZ-issued driver’s license in good standing and must carry the AZ legally required minimum insurance coverage on personal vehicle at all times.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- This position requires a highly organized individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be innovative, highly organized, and self-motivated, with a keen interest in supporting strategic initiatives with key internal and external stakeholders.

- Must effectively use Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be able and enthusiastic about learning how to effectively use new data and software applications, e.g., Tableau, EPIC reporting tools, etc.
- Requires the ability to have reliable transportation to travel throughout the community.
- Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
