Business Systems Analysis Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the analysis of new business system development and existing system improvement. Allocates analysis team resources and monitors deliverables to ensure client needs are met successfully and in a timely fashion. Being a Business Systems Analysis Manager builds test plans and data. Coordinates with other teams to identify and implement new systems to support business function at effective cost. Additionally, Business Systems Analysis Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Business Systems Analysis Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Business Systems Analysis Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Critical Business Analysis has an immediate need for a contract Renewable Energy Construction Estimator in the Detroit, MI area with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Estimating. Previous experience in estimating owner side resource needs, indirect costs, and large project formats is a requirement. This is a contract position for a minimum of one year and work will be conducted on a hybrid model with regular visits to the Detroit office. Estimator will work directly with Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, and Controllers.

Requirements
- Home location that is driving
distance to the Southeast, MI. project locations is required.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years’ estimating
experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in
Construction Management, Engineering, or commensurate experience.
Duties & Responsibilities- Support multiple
infrastructure renewable energy projects developing estimates, updating
cost forecast, and tracking estimate at completion.
- Negotiate commercial
terms for construction contracts.
- Leads, develops and
provides analysis of project estimates/schedules.
- Ensures the
credibility of the information contained in the estimate.
- Perform estimates on
change orders/new projects and execute contracts.
- Lead value engineering
sessions & manage the meeting process with optimal results.
- Provides direct
support and expertise to project personnel and estimators/schedulers regarding
estimating and/or planning.
- Provides expertise to
develop methodologies, techniques and tools, software, standards and guidelines
for estimating and/or planning/scheduling; expert knowledge in application of
estimating/scheduling software and application of the software.
- Supports the project
teams and estimating/scheduling personnel efforts towards the development of
the project plan and translating that project plan into the project
estimate/schedule.
- Assists with the
preparation of project time and/or cost claims.
- Ensures that required
project estimating and/or planning/scheduling controls are appropriately
implemented and maintained.
- Home location that is driving
distance to the Southeast, MI. project locations is required.
