Core Responsibilities:                                                      

• Understands the intersection of Data, Process and Function
• Ensures external and accounting reporting solutions are complete and accurate, or documents business and pulse reporting as preliminary including sources and estimates to ensure meaningful data hygiene and integrity when used for directional analysis
• Drives meaningful automation of existing financial reporting processes that support forecast, daily management KPIs, Strategic Targets to Improve and accounting close procedures
• Partners with Global Information Technology team to leverage the latest technologies to support data collection and analysis including Power BI, Microsoft Azure, SalesForce.com, Oracle EPM, SAP and Epicor
• Works closely with the Molding Solutions Leadership Team to understand key reporting unmet needs and key insight required to drive our core strategic themes including
• Partnering with our global Commercial team to Commercialize Integrated Solutions Globally including helping to identify and structure key sales performance information
• Partnering with our global Operations team to Triple Operating Capacity and Capability including helping to identify and structure key production performance information
• Partnering with our global Product and Marketing team to Reinvigorate & Standardize Product Portfolio including helping to identify and structure key R&D performance information
• Partnering with our global Finance team to Streamline Business Systems including helping to identify and structure key information that standardizes and simplifies management reporting and reduces transaction volume & complexity
• Provides thought leadership on information design and architecture to support real time on-demand reporting
• Establish and maintain a rigorous change management process to support strong internal controls

Qualifications: 

• A proven track record with 7 years of financial analysis, information technology or operational analysis experience of increasing responsibility
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven, analytical approach to problem solving leading to sound decision making
• Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to perform autonomously when needed to specific project assignments
• Highest degree of integrity and ethical behavior is essential
• High energy individual with proven ability to effectively manage and complete multiple tasks concurrently
• Strong desire to create value through seeking and applying innovation
• Strong Business Intelligence skills a must; experience with Power BI, Microsoft Azure, SAP and/or Epicor a strong positive

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Data Science/Information Technology is required. MBA is preferred. Accreditation in Accounting (CPA, CMA, or CIA) highly desirable.
