    The Business Analysis Manager will assist the department director in delivering financial results for the Marketing Department in device liquidations and asset recoveries. The successful candidate will help to lead process improvements that create technical optimization, with a primary focus on database management, data integration and weekly auction build infrastructure. Must be a teammate willing to cross functionally support several areas of our business to include inventory management, device lifecycle management and KPI performance objectives for our entire portfolio’s performance. The candidate must be able to use their abilities to document efficiencies and provide recommendations for next level team improvements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead data sanitization and analysis to support delivery of weekly auction build using extensive and complex data sets to achieve financial targets set by leadership
    • Drive automation and efficiencies in data intensive weekly auction process to support business growth and financial objectives, using automation and optimization via database management
    • Demonstrating advanced business language/tools like SQL/Alteryx/Snowflake etc to produce consolidated reporting, process flow improvements and work instructions based on cross training responsibilities with liquidation asset recovery team members
    • Develop supplemental KPIs to achieve cost savings and efficiencies, as well as monitor industry trends that provide insights and recommendations to leadership when market trends shift
    • Foster relationships with key cross-functional partners and internal stakeholders; establish strong partnerships to obtain desired results

    Qualifications:

    • 4-7 years Data analysis, database management and process improvement experience
    • Advanced Excel for Data validation and manipulation/comparative analysis
    • SQL/Python other database tools/languages for Data design and for stable data storage framework
    • Leverage above tools and skills for efficiencies
    • Bachelors Degree in Data Management, Business, Economics, Statistics
