    Collins Aerospace is looking for a Business Systems and Transformation Manager to support the Mission Systems team ONSITE in Cedar Rapids, IA. In this position you will deliver valued business outcomes and create competitive advantages through best-in-class design and customer experiences. You will utilize data analytics to make better, faster decisions; iterative improvements to drive speed; security to protect intellectual property and scalable software solutions to automate and simplify.

    This is an ONSITE position located in Cedar Rapids, IA. This position may be eligible for relocation.


    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Lead Business Units (BU's) in our Supply Chain to develop, maintain and support system maintenance through understanding business processes and their implications as well as applying process improvement concepts for process redesign for SAP, and supporting tools
    • Align system design and performance to drive business strategies and needs. Represent
    • the business in enterprise/corporate initiatives.
    • Lead projects and act as business contact and advocate for delivery of high quality services. Working with Security/Compliance, Procurement, Sourcing, Project Management Groups to manage and document portfolios.
    • The ability to program, configure and test both new applications and legacy systems, which
    • Requires a strong knowledge of SAP systems architecture development processes for improved
    • design, as well as understanding of systems integration for applications. Maintains data warehousing.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure data elements are accurate.
    • Perform large scale systems updates
    • Management of ad hoc, moderately complex projects related to Supply Chain improvementand process optimization
    • Understand key Enterprise Resource Planning systems SAP, along with demonstrated experience of applying CORE/LEAN principles to determine root cause and problem solving.
    • Advanced knowledge of SAP Systems.
    • Ability to navigate solve complex challenges
    • Works autonomously with limited oversight from manager.
    • Coach and review the work of lower level professionals.
    • Influence and coach others regarding policies, practices and procedures.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
    • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Has past work experience or support role in Collins Supply Chain and business processes
    • Expert in SAP
    • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain relationships, concepts and processes
    • Strong Customer Service experience
    • Ability to utilize project management tools, processes, and practices
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills

    The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
