Business Systems Analysis Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the analysis of new business system development and existing system improvement. Allocates analysis team resources and monitors deliverables to ensure client needs are met successfully and in a timely fashion. Being a Business Systems Analysis Manager builds test plans and data. Coordinates with other teams to identify and implement new systems to support business function at effective cost. Additionally, Business Systems Analysis Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Business Systems Analysis Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.   • Critical Business Analysis has an immediate need for a contract P6 Scheduler with a minimum of three years’ energy experience in P6 schedule development, maintenance, and analysis for capital project resource/cost loaded schedules. The position requires critical thinking to develop and analyze resource loaded project schedules.  The Scheduler must understand and apply engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships.  The capability to critique schedule/cost data and communicate to the project stakeholders the impact of that analysis is a must. Scheduler will monitor, review and report to the Project Manager the schedule status of the project with regard to compliance to the construction contract specifications and other documents. The Scheduler will monitor and document capital projects progress, identify, track, and assist in resolution of issues/conflicts.  The candidate MUST be local to the Detroit area for occasional office and site visits.

    Requirements

    • The candidate MUST be local to the Detroit area for regular office and site visits.
      Experience in Renewable Energy utilities construction.
    • Minimum requirement is an Associates or BS degree in Construction Management or Engineering or commensurate direct work experience. 
    • Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
    • Effective working in a group Project Controls environment.
    • Understanding of Engineering/Construction operations schedules/costs.
    • Proficient in gathering, maintaining, reporting and analyzing schedule data.
    • Proficient in cost, manpower, and equipment, resource loaded schedules.
