Business Systems Analysis Director jobs in Saint Peters, MO

Critical Business Analysis has a current opening for a Scheduler with a minimum of three years’ experience in P6 schedule development, maintenance, and analysis for large engineering/procurement/construction projects.  This project is in the St. Louis area and most work will be performed on site.  The project is in the early design development stage and is projected to run for five years.  There is potential for Direct Hire for this position. 

The position requires critical thinking to develop and analyze project schedules.  The capability to critique schedule data and communicate to the project stakeholders, the impact of that analysis is a must. The candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of project stakeholder groups. Candidates must have strong Primavera P6 experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative, environment.  

Requirements

• Previous Heavy Civil, Wastewater, Industrial, or Heavy Commercial construction experience.
  
• Candidates local to the St. Louis area strongly preferred.
  
• Minimum three years’ experience using P6 to manage large capital projects.
  
• Experience setting up and managing P6 resource loaded schedules.
  
• Experience with Last Planner and/or Touch Plan a plus.
  
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
  
• Effective working in a group Project Controls environment.
  
• Ability to communicate with all levels of project stakeholders and perform site walk downs.
  
• BS degree in a related field preferred.
