Business Systems Analysis Director directs all aspects of an organization's business systems. Plans and implements technological service strategies within a shared services environment to support business and user needs. Being a Business Systems Analysis Director acts as major liaison with other departments to identify the business system meets the enterprise's needs. Analyzes trends and uses complex data modeling to improve business performance. Additionally, Business Systems Analysis Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Business Systems Analysis Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Business Systems Analysis Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     Required Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Must have 2 years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent (4 years with AA, 6 years with HS, 0 year with MS)
    • Must be able to obtain active DoD Secret Clearance.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with varying personalities across all functions.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Attention to detail, coupled with effective time management and organization skills.
    • Sound interpersonal skills for interfacing and coordinating with the company, personnel, customers, and suppliers.
    • Capable of working independently, as well as within a team.


    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Ability to break down technical concepts into business terms.
    • Previous experience balancing and delivering on deadlines.
    • Stakeholder management and customer service experience; that includes excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).
    • Experience with budgeting and finance for major projects.
    • Strong presentation and organizational skills.


    Pay Information
    Full-Time Salary Range: $64440 - $109530

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
