The Sr. Director, Business Analysis will set the strategy and lead capabilities within the business analyst function to enable high quality, clear documentation of business problems or opportunities and of the desired or recommended solution. Responsible for building a team mission and vision with clear, measurable expectations and objectives that support the company and channel strategy. Additionally, this role serves to enable rapid progress toward milestones and roadmap deliverables through the adoption of Lean and Agile principles and advocating for a collective understanding of impacts to our customers while incrementally delivering quality enhancements. Directs and guides a team of analysts and cross functional team members in the operational, financial, and strategic analysis of new and existing business opportunities and enhancements. Additionally, collaborates across channels and up/downstream functions to ensure opportunities are identified, market demand validated, priorities are clear, solutions are built and well tested, teams are ready to use the solutions and deliverables are scalable for future known and unknown potentials.
