Business Process Technology Consultant consults with client companies in order to evaluate and recommend technology solutions that will facilitate the accomplishment of the client's business goals. Analyzes the client's business strategy, operations, and current technology architecture in order to develop options for new technologies that will optimize the company's functions and business processes. Being a Business Process Technology Consultant provides consultation regarding solutions planning, impact analysis, risk assessment, and budgeting. May provide financial analysis to determine ROI/ROA of proposed solutions. Additionally, Business Process Technology Consultant requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Business Process Technology Consultant occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Job Purpose :

    This position is responsible for successful management and execution of BXU roadmap initiatives by providing a wide breadth of operational, functional and technical expertise.

    • Works with leaders to set and implement strategic direction

    We are looking for a candidate who is a strategic thinker with an emphasis on technology. This position will be responsible for developing strategic roadmaps and execute to completion.

    Job Responsibilities :

    Lead multiple, high impact projects with million-dollar budgets. Develop and manage project plans and resources which may involve the creation of business cases.

    Proactively identify connections within and between projects. Assist in departmental project prioritization.

    Accountable for defining, refining and oversight of business processes. This may include the solicitation of process requirements from business subject matter experts, sales teams, product and customer operations areas.

    This includes the implementation and rollout of the change : documenting these processes, communicating to impacted areas, and training on the changes as needed.

    Act as business owners and / or Subject Matter experts. Collaborate and influence customer-partners, to include assessing customer needs, shaping the direction of the strategy, development of process priorities, and resolving business process issues as they arise.

    Provide input and influence over business processes in other parts of the organization so that they align and effectively intersect with processes internal to BXU.

    Develop, lead and influence individuals at all levels of the organization and across multiple business areas while establishing strong working relationships

    Establish critical success factors for the processes including the associated metrics to assess success, communicate results and drive the changes to effectively increase performance.

    These metrics may impact sales compensation.

    Represent Business Process Owner in projects and business efforts as required. Continually review, develop and implement process improvements to effectively and efficiently meet support, training and technology needs.

    Create and analyze ad hoc reporting, to determine trends and trouble shoot business process problems and issues. Deliver recommendations to leaders and business process owners

    Job Requirements :

    Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or other business-related field, trade-off in related professional work experience, or equivalent work experience.

    8 years of recent project management experience utilizing Six Sigma, Total Quality Management or other Process Improvement methodologies to achieve business results.

    This includes at least 6 years of recent experience prioritizing, leading, and managing multiple projects to successful completion;

    strong project management experience; demonstrated planning and facilitation skills; ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.

    Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to synthesize and translate internal and external customer inputs, business performance metrics and strategic directives into projects and action plans.

    Ability to determine root-causes of performance within systems and processes.

    Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work with minimal direction

    Demonstrated strong persuasive, influencing skills with all levels of management

    Demonstrated effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills

    Base Salary Range :

    $98,200.00 - $147,400.00
