Experience must involve the following: Finance ERP implementation in aviation customers and Maintenance Organizations; implementation of accounting of inventory, fixed assets, and maintenance in aviation domain; requirement gathering and implementation of tax requirements and accounting policies of clients; implementation of US tax depreciation rules and regulations; gathering requirements and implementing financial reports for aviation customers; implementing and supporting finance modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Fixed Asset Management, and Management Reporting in a large customer base; requirement gathering and implementation of interface/ integration of two or more ERP system with financial data; and One (1) complete end to end ERP Implementation. Roles & Responsibilities:
Collect requirements, analyze businesses, and execute process workshops for Finance Stakeholders. Understand accounting policy requirements in terms of aviation maintenance including tax requirements. Suggest best processes for different departments within the Finance Team, including Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Billing, Fixed Assets Management, and Reporting Team. Work directly with the client to understand the “as-is” business process flow, collect business requirements, develop a solution within Ramco software considering the clients IT enterprise footprint. Prepare solution documents for each of the business processes focusing on key finance business functions and interact with the CFO to understand management reporting needs of the organization. Interact with teams of developers and offshore teams to monitor and tune performances. Identify, develop and integrate Ramco ERP solution to meet predefined requirements interacting with clients, sales and technical consultants. Participate in all ERP implementation steps as assigned. Prepare necessary project documentations associated with implementation including manuals, customer query data, issue logs, and their resolution. Identify and develop business processes and write reports. Develop and enforce collaborative working relationships with clients. Lead process reviews and application configuration discussions with clients Perform data collection and cleansing, and support data migration from legacy to Ramco. Conduct User Champion Training, coordinate User Acceptance Testing and preparation of Go-Live activities. Up to 50% telecommuting permitted.
