NM/MP Process Rep
Job Purpose:
Site Packaging Business Administration staff delivery through effectively planning, communication, and supplier interface. Apply technical and problem-solving skills to prevent impact to operations and support achievement of department targets.
Key Accountabilities:
- Use knowledge and experience to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of tasks within area of expertise.
- Execute activities/ tasks to achieve strategic objectives.
- Display understanding of how business works in daily activities and how your role impacts business.
- Generate options for business works in daily activities and how your role impacts business.
- Generate options for business decisions: maike daily decisions related to your area of expertise.
- Collaborate with departments project leaders to support all specified Mass Production(Site Delivery Frame) dept projects to meet KPI targets.
- Collaborate with department project leaders for developmental or improvement of characteristics to reduce impact to the department.
- Understand and manage New Model and Mass Production design change activity to ensure quality and minimize Production impact and cost.
- Maintain reporting and Gemba activity for root cause analysis / countermeasure implementation to solve complex problems.
- Strive for continuous improvement though cycling PDCA for area of responsibility to ensure associate success.
- Develop capability of self, colleagues, and team through training, mentoring, and sharing of experiences in the area of technical expertise and understanding for succession planning and team growth,
- Support company vision through Business Plan, Martoku, and other department initiatives in areas of knowledge and technical expertise.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or equivalent related experience.
- 4 years’ experience if no degree in related field.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including shifts and weekends as necessary.
- Must be willing to travel as required.
- Must be able to work overtime as necessary to support department needs.
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to work OT approximately 2.5 hours per week.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with demanding and critical deadlines.
- Traveling between Plant/Divisions or special assignments.
- Must be able to work weekends and/or shift changes from 1st to 2nd shift to help provide support during peak times of year or as needed.
