Business Process Specialist, Sr. researches, analyzes, and recommends changes to an organization's business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability. Collects and studies operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Being a Business Process Specialist, Sr. develops process documentation and project plans. Creates flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams. Additionally, Business Process Specialist, Sr. supports cross-functional activities and working sessions during projects' design and implementation phases. Designs and prepares documentation, training materials, and communications supporting new processes. May deliver training to impacted business units. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Business Process Specialist, Sr. works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.     We are seeking to add a Process Specialist to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

    Responsibilities:

    • Enter variety of data using current technology
    • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
    • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
    • Review and enter data updates in the systems
    • Review discrepancies in data received
    • Provide effective communication daily with clients, vendors and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner in person, telephonically or via email.
    • Performs other duties as required (i.e., printing and scanning documents, proofing documents, etc.)
    • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
    • Serve as back up in a team member’s absence and assist other teams when required.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in customer service, data entry or other related fields
    • Excellent typing skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
