Business Process Specialist, Sr. researches, analyzes, and recommends changes to an organization's business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability. Collects and studies operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Being a Business Process Specialist, Sr. develops process documentation and project plans. Creates flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams. Additionally, Business Process Specialist, Sr. supports cross-functional activities and working sessions during projects' design and implementation phases. Designs and prepares documentation, training materials, and communications supporting new processes. May deliver training to impacted business units. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Business Process Specialist, Sr. works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.     Corporate Business Analyst

    SUMMARY:

    • In the position of Business Development Analyst, individuals will demonstrate their leadership skills and quantitative mindset to support various business units/functions on both the day-to-day operations as well as longer-term strategic and cross-functional projects.

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance and teams to develop and maintain an accurate demand forecast and production plan.
    • Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and production capacity to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and implement S&OP metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review and adjust the S&OP plan as needed to meet changing business requirements.
    • Work closely with all departments to ensure raw materials, finished goods, and transportation align with the S&OP plan.
    • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the S&OP process and overall supply chain efficiency.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

    Qualifications


    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, supply chain, or related field.
    • 5 years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning or related field.
    • Experience in the corrugated industry ideal.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
