Job Description:

CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program.

What You’ll Get To Do:

• Development of business process related solutions for internal and/or external customers. 

• Define client needs, determines potential strategies, applies industry best practices and develops a plan/proposal for delivery of the project. 

• Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business processes and workflow. 

• Coordinate with business and/or technology teams ascertaining requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of user acceptance and may coordinate testing, and system techniques and controls.

• Analyze improvement programs and potential results. 

• Facilitate and coach improvement teams.

• Establish and maintain performance metrics to measure program success.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Active SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain

• 3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree, 12 years or more of experience can be substituted for the Minimum Degree Requirements

• Performs all functional duties independently.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

• Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment

• Knowledge of the Sponsor’s organization, mission, and partners

• Experience with high visibility projects
