CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program.
What You’ll Get To Do:
Development of business process related solutions for internal and/or external customers.
Define client needs, determines potential strategies, applies industry best practices and develops a plan/proposal for delivery of the project.
Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business processes and workflow.
Coordinate with business and/or technology teams ascertaining requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of user acceptance and may coordinate testing, and system techniques and controls.
Analyze improvement programs and potential results.
Facilitate and coach improvement teams.
Establish and maintain performance metrics to measure program success.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain
3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree, 12 years or more of experience can be substituted for the Minimum Degree Requirements
Performs all functional duties independently.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas
Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment
Knowledge of the Sponsor’s organization, mission, and partners
