Business Process Specialist researches, analyzes, and recommends changes to an organization's business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability. Collects and studies operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Being a Business Process Specialist develops process documentation and project plans. Creates flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams. Additionally, Business Process Specialist supports cross-functional activities and working sessions during projects' design and implementation phases. Designs and prepares documentation, training materials, and communications supporting new processes. May deliver training to impacted business units. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Business Process Specialist work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters.     Pay: $80K-$90K year DOE

    What you’ll do:

    The Business Process Analyst is responsible for for successfully optimizing the company’s business processes and documenting current processes, recommending improvements, and evaluating the existing processes, analyze implemented changes and recommend adjustments to workflows, schedules or other processes as needed.

    Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

    1. Evaluate and document existing CSG business processes.
    2. Identify process inefficiencies within all CSG departments and business processes.
    3. Develop and implement consistent, documented processes to support all centers and departments.
    4. Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
    5. Support the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives.
    6. Analyze and monitor implemented changes to business processes and adjusting as necessary.
    7. Coordinate and guide personnel and teams assigned to specific process improvement tasks.
    8. Perform ongoing analysis on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
    9. Present progress reports and integrating feedback.

    Education/Experience/Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in business management, project management or in related field. 3-5 years’ related experience. Proficiency in business management software. Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
