Business Process Specialist researches, analyzes, and recommends changes to an organization's business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability. Collects and studies operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Being a Business Process Specialist develops process documentation and project plans. Creates flowcharts, process maps, and diagrams. Additionally, Business Process Specialist supports cross-functional activities and working sessions during projects' design and implementation phases. Designs and prepares documentation, training materials, and communications supporting new processes. May deliver training to impacted business units. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Business Process Specialist work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters.     As a Business Development Representative, you will be making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO story. In this role, you will need to be comfortable meeting new people, have excellent communication skills (in-person and online) and be motivated by sales goals. 
     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and gain the ability to effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits
    • Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with contacts in sales territory by conducting daily marketing calls
    • Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes
    • Utilize marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track all lead activity and opportunities
    • Provide management with revenue updates and reports around your assigned sales territory
    • Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals
     
    Position Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
    • A minimum of two years of direct sales experience
    • Strong process and results driven attitude
    • Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred
     
    Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
    • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
    • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
    • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
