Description :
Develop standards and automated controls to help ensure a quality, reliable, and consistent intranet experience from the admins to content creators to end users.
Create automations with Power Suite and document new processes :
Audit site owners / contributors; replace inactive
Audit SharePoint list database and update / archive as needed
site content audits
New owner / contributor onboarding
Work with Learning & Development team to migrate site owner / contributor training into their platform and communicate new training requirements to assigned employees.
Work with Subject Matter Experts to clarify process flows.
Complete tasks from start to finish (, define scope, execution, documentation, knowledge transfer).
Work with new site owners on development and ensure they are understanding / meeting intranet standards; identify areas of process that can be automated and execute.
