Pay Range: Actual pay may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for incentive compensation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve process agility.
• Analyze business processes to identify system integration points and requirements.
• Assess the impact of integrations on existing workflows and systems.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the successful integration of systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues during integration testing phases.
• Ensure accurate and timely synchronization of data across integrated systems during integration testing phases.
• Implement data validation processes to maintain data integrity.
• Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues.
• Document requirements for monitoring integration of systems for performance, errors, and anomalies.
• Document integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Maintain documentation to support knowledge transfer and future reference.
• Provide training to end-users on new automated processes and functionalities.
• Create user guides and documentation for self-service reference.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including primary or lead users, IT teams, and business analysts.
• Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on process improvement goals and outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Travel Requirements:  Less than 25%

Education

Minimum of a 4 Year / Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Experience

2 years of Process improvement, business systems analyst, or similar

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with different departments
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Ability to create current and future state value stream maps
• Agile expertise
• Advanced spreadsheet and flow chart skills
• Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus
